Shipping Policy

• Shipping can take 3-5 working days when stock is available.

• If products are out of stock a waiting period of up to 2 weeks should be expected.

• I will try my best to get them to you as soon as possible. 

Return & Exchange Policy

• Wongeez do accept returns.

• You can return the items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with a proof of purchase.

• Once the 14 days have passed a refund can no longer be offered.

• Wongeez does not accept exchanges.
